Now is the season when we verb upon a year gone by. We anticipate adjective New Year’s resolutions
and discuss noun of holidays past. Whether alone or surrounded by plural noun, we always seem to find a way
to ring in the New noun.
No, seriously. 2005 had
its ups and downs like every other year since the dawn of time. As a journalist, musician, student, daughter, friend, and
any other label you’d like to tack on, it’s likely to be expected that I compile some type of list. A list of
best albums, highlights of the last 365 days, or occurrence to which we can look forward in 2006. BUT! You can do that yourself.
Here’s my only advice: When in doubt, kick a field goal. So what if you’re no Adam Vinateri?
